Our mattresses come with a manufacturer warranty that varies by product model. Warranty details are clearly mentioned on the product page and warranty card.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including abnormal sagging beyond permissible limits, subject to proper usage conditions as mentioned in the warranty policy.

All purchases are billed with a valid tax invoice. For warranty claims, the original invoice and warranty registration are mandatory.

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password securely.

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and update your personal details such as name, contact number, and address. Remember to save changes after updating.


 

Yes. You can request permanent account deletion by contacting our customer support team. Once processed, all associated data will be removed as per policy.
